My Professional Philosophy

First let me say that I absolutely love being a realtor!  It's a role that I truly believe utilizes my passions, skills, natural gifts, education, and life experiences.  To me, real estate sales is less about sales and more about serving my clients.  And serving others has always been a large part of every stage of life that I have been through.  It gives me great joy to help others, and as a realtor I am able to help others realize their goals and dreams in real estate.

For as long as I can remember, I have been intrigued by real estate.  My intrigue turned into an MBA specializing in real estate and eventually a 16 year career that has provided me with invaluable experience in numerous aspects of the industry.  The skills that I have honed over the past dozen years are utilized every day in serving my clients.

My approach towards selling first starts by recognizing that selling a home is not a pushy sales pitch.  It's about listening to my clients, learning what they want and need, and reacting accordingly.  This approach applies to first time home buyers, the seasoned buyer, sellers, investors, builders, and any person in the market to buy or sell property. My goal is to be your real estate source, the person you count on for expert advice.  To be this person to you, I dedicate myself to the study of our market, the education of the ever-changing industry, and the pursuit to always better myself personally.

Personal Information 
 
My wife and I have lived in northern Colorado since 2004. We absolutely love it here! The mountains are a daily reminder of how blessed we are to live in such a beautiful state. In the past several years, our lives have changed dramatically by the addition of five children, Sam (15), Caroline (14), Will (11), John (9), and Katie (6). Our children are our greatest joy in life!  We love spending time together as a family going to the movies, hiking in Estes, riding our bikes, and enjoying local festivals, sporting events, and parks.
